In the south of France, the villa is located near Montauroux with views of the green landscape and surroundings that invite socialising around the house, garden and pool. In Chamonix, you will stay in a charming chalet close to the town, but with its own garden and views of the mountains – suitable for stays all year round. In Tuscany, the villa is located outside Volterra, surrounded by vineyards and rolling hills, where the views and outdoor areas provide the setting for Tuscan outdoor life. In southern Spain, the apartment is located directly on the beach in a well-maintained building with lush communal areas and the sea right outside the door. The association's flat is located in Sant Elm on the west coast of Mallorca, in one of the most sought-after locations in the area. Here you live close to the sea, nature and the village amenities, with restaurants, small shops and the beach within walking distance. The location offers beautiful afternoon light and many beautiful sunsets over the Mediterranean and the island of Dragonera.
The flat is on two levels and has two balconies facing the water, providing plenty of light and pleasant views. The kitchen opens onto a private patio, which is perfect for breakfast in the morning sun or for a cool break later in the day. The patio becomes a natural part of the home and contributes to a pleasant overall atmosphere.
A little further into the area is the association's pool, surrounded by mountains and greenery. It is secluded and peaceful, a quiet place despite its proximity to both the apartment and the village.
Directly below the house is a rocky beach, and further down the street is a beautiful sandy beach that is easy to reach. Sant Elm is a popular area with several restaurants and a relaxed atmosphere, and it is easy to reach Palma when you want to take advantage of the city's wider range of culture, shopping and restaurants.
The interior is bright and inviting, and the combination of balconies and patio makes the home airy and flexible. There is space here for both relaxation and socialising.

The charming village of Montauroux is located in the green hills behind Cannes. It is a classic medieval village with narrow alleys, stone houses and small squares filled with life. Here you will encounter the authentic Provence, where the markets offer cheese, olives, fruit and local wine, and where the peaceful rhythm blends with the proximity to the Riviera coast. Despite its peaceful atmosphere, the area is only about 30-40 minutes from Nice Airport and the Mediterranean Sea.
Here, the association has a solid and beautiful stone house in a high and fine location, where the view stretches across the entire Fayence Valley. Both during the day and in the evening, the views are something special, with a landscape that shifts in colour and light and evenings that sparkle with the lights of the villages. The house is situated on a flat plot with a pool just outside, making it easy to enjoy lazy days and surroundings that are as beautiful as they are soothing.
The house was in very good condition when we took it over and has the Provençal character and charm that we appreciate in the area. Classic materials, solid details and bright rooms create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The spacious house offers four bedrooms, beautiful bathrooms and generous living areas, making it ideal for both families and larger groups.
The garden is one of the property's great assets. At the rear is a wonderful patio with a pizza oven, perfect for long dinners and summer evenings. The combination of the flat plot and the view over the valley makes the outdoor environment a natural gathering place for much of the year.
Montauroux and the surrounding area offer a wide range of activities.
