The view from this property is truly unique, overlooking the characteristic rolling hills, where the sides of the hills do not see the sun's rays at the same time, creating the most beautiful patterns.

The property is located in the wonderfully cosy Les Praz area with small, charming shops and a short distance to the lifts. The flat is on the ground floor of this relatively new and cosy log cabin. The property has a cosy terrace and garden facing south, with space for sun loungers and a barbecue - and a superb view of Mont Blanc.

This apartment has views of the water and a small town beach at the end of the road. The layout of the property is excellent, and there are two large private outdoor areas. Port d'Andratx is beautifully situated on the cliffs around the harbour and offers several restaurants and eateries.

Really nice flat on the 3rd floor with lots of charming details. The location is superb between Piazza Navona and the River Tiber, and the flat is a perfect base for experiencing the city's life and atmosphere up close.
