In Chamonix, the terraced house in Le Cry has been transformed into a cosy and authentic base with its own garden, mountain views and Mont Blanc as a backdrop. Here you will find peace and quiet – and at the same time city life and world-class skiing just around the corner. In Loro Ciuffenna in Tuscany, a classic villa is nestled among vineyards, olive groves and the charm of a medieval town. We have purchased a spacious, bright and inviting flat with plenty of room for socialising – both inside the cosy living areas and outside on the large terraces. The location is nothing short of ideal: within walking distance of the many restaurants along the waterfront, where locals and visitors gather on warm evenings and where the atmosphere is always welcoming.

Port d'Andratx is known as one of Mallorca's most beautiful harbour towns. Originally a small fishing village, it still retains its history and authenticity – here you can still buy fresh fish directly from the boats. The town also offers a weekly organic market, where the stalls are overflowing with vegetables, fruit, cheese and other local specialities. Today, Port d'Andratx is a lively mix of the authentic and the exclusive – with restaurants, cafés and shops that give the town a very special charm.

The flat was partially renovated when it was taken over and now features inviting bedrooms, beautiful bathrooms and an atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The highlight is the lovely outdoor areas: a large terrace with space for both relaxation and al fresco dining, as well as an additional cosy terrace off the kitchen – perfect for morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening sun. We have added quality furniture and interiors that emphasise the luxury of being in the apartment.

We fell head over heels for this property when we first saw it – and it's easy to understand why. It combines magnificent views, a well-thought-out layout and classic materials, as if we had chosen them ourselves. Upon taking over the property, we chose to upgrade the kitchen and some of the bathrooms, so that today the property is a perfect combination of charm, authenticity and comfort. The home offers bright and inviting bedrooms, a classic kitchen with direct access to a cosy dining area – where you can enjoy both the company and the view of the sea. The pool area is spacious and inviting, with plenty of room for both relaxation and play.

The property features many classic southern French details, which together create a romantic atmosphere and make the house an oasis where holidays easily become unforgettable. The town of Grasse, close to the property, is known as the perfume capital of the world. For centuries, the town has been the centre of perfume production, and the old perfumeries can still be visited today. Grasse is also a town with a charming medieval centre: narrow, winding streets, small squares, colourful houses and cosy cafés where time seems to stand still. The town offers a lively mix of local culture, small shops and authentic markets that are buzzing with life.

The coast is just a short drive away – in just half an hour you can be on the beaches of Cannes or Antibes, where the Mediterranean Sea shines in all its blue splendour. This combines the peaceful Provençal atmosphere of Grasse with the glamour and beach life of the Riviera.

It took a trained eye to spot the potential in this property – but when we found the terraced house in Le Cry, close to the centre of Chamonix, we knew we could create something truly special. Today, the house is a cosy and charming base, where the location, view and interior design combine to create the perfect setting for a stay in the mountains.

The terraced house offers lovely bedrooms and a beautiful living room, which also has a small workspace. The kitchen is bright and functional with a charming dining table, and there is direct access to a private garden – a rare privilege in the middle of Chamonix. As always, we have used classic 21-5 materials – leather, stone and wood – and the colour scheme has been chosen to reflect the natural shades of the mountains. The result is a home that feels both authentic and contemporary, where cosiness and functionality go hand in hand. The property offers a beautiful view of Mont Blanc, Europe's highest mountain, which rises majestically above the town. The location makes it easy to walk into the centre, which is a big advantage – especially on holiday, when you want to be able to enjoy the city's many attractions without always having to rely on transport.

Chamonix is a city that is hard not to fall in love with. In winter, it is a mecca for skiers and snowboarders, while in summer it attracts hikers, climbers, cyclists and trail runners from all over the world. The town is bustling with life and has a wealth of cafés, restaurants and shops – but it still retains its authentic charm, characterised by the grandeur of the mountains and the international environment of passionate people who love nature. All in all, this terraced house in Le Cry is a really good base for wonderful holidays – a place where you can gather family and friends, enjoy the peace and quiet of your own garden, immerse yourself in the beauty of the mountains and still have the lively centre of Chamonix just around the corner.

The association has found a beautiful country estate in a very special location in central Tuscany. The area around Loro Ciuffenna is known as one of the most beautiful in the region: an authentic medieval village at the foot of the Pratomagno mountains, crossed by a small river that gives the town its characteristic charm. Here you can experience the true Tuscan atmosphere – quiet streets, cosy cafés, a weekly market with local produce – and at the same time, it is only an hour's drive to Florence, one of Italy's most beloved cultural cities. This provides a unique combination of tranquillity and proximity to the art, architecture and life of the big city.

The property is spacious and inviting and was renovated in connection with the purchase. Today, it appears as a classic Tuscan villa with all the details we love: large bedrooms, beautiful colours inspired by the landscape, cotto tiles, a new kitchen and modern bathrooms, which have been carefully combined with the original details.

We simply love the location of this apartment – situated on Rue Charles V in the 4th arrondissement, one of the most sought-after areas in all of Paris. Here, in the heart of the Marais, you are surrounded by historic streets, small cafés, charming bakeries and unique shops. The area exudes Parisian atmosphere: you quickly feel like part of the city and local life, where the rhythm of everyday life blends effortlessly with the special feeling of being in a metropolis full of culture, history and charm. When we found the flat, it was far from being in good condition, but we saw its potential and have since carefully renovated it for the association. The result is a classic Parisian apartment that captures everything we love about the city: high ceilings, stucco, tall panelling, wonderful windows with interior shutters and beautiful details that tell the story of Paris' unique architectural style. As something quite special, the apartment has a small balcony from which you can enjoy the street life – a daily reminder of being in the middle of the world's most charming city.

The property itself is worth a chapter: the staircase exudes Parisian atmosphere, with beautiful stone steps, detailed railings and the special elegance that only an older Parisian building can exude. During the renovation, we chose delicate, refined solutions and emphasised that the interior and furniture should support the classic Parisian virtues. The flat appears as a beautiful and well-located oasis, where tranquillity, charm and city life are combined in the most elegant way.
