The villa has been completely renovated and features extra rooms, beautiful outdoor areas, a pool and an annex – everything you need to gather family and friends for socialising and long evenings under the stars. In Chamonix, there is a chalet that epitomises alpine charm. Raw wood, stone and organic materials create a home where nature is drawn into the architecture. In Tuscany, the association has acquired a classic stone villa near Cortona – surrounded by olive groves, vineyards and breathtaking scenery. With authentic details, a pool, terraces and even an annex for extra guests, the villa is a place where you can enjoy everything Tuscany is famous for: food, culture, nature and a relaxed pace of life. In southern Spain, the villa is located in Nueva Andalucía, one of the Costa del Sol's most attractive areas. Here you will find space, light and southern charm – with a roof terrace, lush garden, pool and views of both the sea and the mountains. All just a few minutes from Marbella, the beach and the area's famous golf courses.

In the incredibly charming town of Sant Elm, close to Mallorca's westernmost point, we have purchased a unique home for the association that is truly special in every way. The town is known for its legendary sunsets, where the sky turns golden and pink behind the island of Sa Dragonera – a sight that makes it impossible to be in a bad mood.

We have found a completely renovated fisherman's cottage here – a luxurious version of the classic dwelling, located in surroundings that almost feel cinematic. From the house's large private roof terrace, you have a completely breathtaking view of the sea and Dragonera, while there is plenty of space for both tranquillity and socialising. Inside, the house has been transformed into a home that exudes indulgence and joie de vivre. A stylish kitchen, well-thought-out solutions and beautiful materials create an interior that feels both modern and authentic – all with respect for the history and soul of the place.

Sant Elm itself is a gem. The town is the perfect size – large enough to offer everything you need, but small enough to retain its intimacy and authenticity. Here, you can stroll down the streets to buy an ice cream, eat at one of the many local restaurants with sea views, or take a walk to the town's cosy sandy beach. The nature around the town is just as captivating: hiking trails lead up into the mountains with spectacular views, and the sea offers fantastic snorkelling and diving opportunities in the clear water.

Sant Elm is also close to larger towns: to the east is the lively Port d'Andratx with its exclusive harbour life, to the north is Sóller with its iconic harbour and orange groves, and an hour's drive away is Palma, Mallorca's vibrant capital with world-class shopping, culture and gastronomy. When we bought the chalet in Les Molliases, many people found it difficult to imagine what a gem it could become. The choice of materials was inspired by the colours of the mountains themselves – and the result is a home where nature and architecture merge.

We have purchased a charming Tuscan gem in a magnificent location for the association – a classic stone property surrounded by a unique garden that is perfect for parties and socialising.
