A complete adventure. This combination gives the association access to five very different but equally charming properties, all located in some of Europe's most iconic areas. Each destination has its own soul and atmosphere, but together they create a whole universe of possibilities, variety and joie de vivre.
In Mallorca, there is a renovated fisherman's cottage in Sant Elm, with a large private roof terrace and panoramic views of the sea and the island of Sa Dragonera. Here you can experience Mallorca's authentic charm – with small restaurants, an intimate beach and hiking trails leading directly into nature. A home where you can live life in flip-flops, surrounded by sea, sun and legendary sunsets. In the south of France, we find a villa in Le Tignet, in the heart of Provence. Here, the joie de vivre of southern France is combined with tranquillity and authenticity. The villa has been completely renovated and features extra rooms, beautiful outdoor areas, a pool and an annex – everything you need to gather family and friends for socialising and long evenings under the stars. In Chamonix, there is a chalet that epitomises alpine charm. Raw wood, stone and organic materials create a home where nature is drawn into the architecture. With views of Mont Blanc, space for both tranquillity and festive gatherings, and the energy of Chamonix right outside the door, this is a base where every season brings new adventures.
In Tuscany, the association has acquired a classic stone villa near Cortona – surrounded by olive groves, vineyards and breathtaking scenery. With authentic details, a pool, terraces and even an annex for extra guests, the villa is a place where you can enjoy everything Tuscany is famous for: food, culture, nature and a relaxed pace of life. In southern Spain, the villa is located in Nueva Andalucía, one of the Costa del Sol's most attractive areas. Here you will find space, light and southern charm – with a roof terrace, lush garden, pool and views of both the sea and the mountains. All just a few minutes from Marbella, the beach and the area's famous golf courses.
This composition is created for those who want it all: from the beaches of the Mediterranean to the peaks of the Alps, from the tranquillity of Tuscany to the pulse of southern Spain – always in homes that have been carefully selected and renovated with attention to detail and respect for the soul of the place. It is the variety, quality and authenticity that make the whole so strong. Five homes, five different atmospheres – but all with one common goal: to provide an unforgettable setting for life, togetherness and dreams.
Sant Elm
Mallorca
In the incredibly charming town of Sant Elm, close to Mallorca's westernmost point, we have purchased a unique home for the association that is truly special in every way. The town is known for its legendary sunsets, where the sky turns golden and pink behind the island of Sa Dragonera – a sight that makes it impossible to be in a bad mood.
We have found a completely renovated fisherman's cottage here – a luxurious version of the classic dwelling, located in surroundings that almost feel cinematic. From the house's large private roof terrace, you have a completely breathtaking view of the sea and Dragonera, while there is plenty of space for both tranquillity and socialising. Inside, the house has been transformed into a home that exudes indulgence and joie de vivre. A stylish kitchen, well-thought-out solutions and beautiful materials create an interior that feels both modern and authentic – all with respect for the history and soul of the place.
Sant Elm itself is a gem. The town is the perfect size – large enough to offer everything you need, but small enough to retain its intimacy and authenticity. Here, you can stroll down the streets to buy an ice cream, eat at one of the many local restaurants with sea views, or take a walk to the town's cosy sandy beach. The nature around the town is just as captivating: hiking trails lead up into the mountains with spectacular views, and the sea offers fantastic snorkelling and diving opportunities in the clear water.
Sant Elm is also close to larger towns: to the east is the lively Port d'Andratx with its exclusive harbour life, to the north is Sóller with its iconic harbour and orange groves, and an hour's drive away is Palma, Mallorca's vibrant capital with world-class shopping, culture and gastronomy. All in all, this house is a rare combination of location, views, history and luxury. A home that makes it possible to live the dream to the fullest – with the sea, nature, the city and the sun as constant companions.

Le Tignet
South of France
In the beautiful countryside behind Cannes lies the small town of Le Tignet, surrounded by olive groves, vineyards and the rolling hills of Provence. Here you can experience authentic southern French life, where squares and markets are filled with the scent of freshly baked bread, lavender and sun-ripened produce. The town is ideally located: close enough to the glamour of the coast in Cannes and Antibes, but at the same time offering a tranquillity and authenticity that makes the area particularly attractive. Nice Airport is only about a 45-minute drive away, making the property easily accessible all year round.
The association has acquired an impressive and charming villa here, which has been completely renovated. The property offers more bedrooms than originally promised, providing space for both large families and holidays with friends. The main property features bright and beautiful bedrooms, decorated with classic southern French materials and feminine colours that emphasise the dreamlike quality of life in Provence. In addition, there are new bathrooms, a new kitchen and a customised floor plan that makes the villa both practical and representative.
The property has a fantastic pool area that invites relaxation, cosiness and long summer days under the sun – a place where many people can gather without losing the feeling of tranquillity. Adjacent to the main house is an annex, which has also been renovated. Here, too, there are beautiful views and space for several overnight guests – a flexible solution that makes the property even more inviting. The garden surrounds the entire villa and gives the place a feeling of grandeur and harmony, where nature and architecture merge. The property offers beautiful views of the countryside, making every day an experience.
All in all, the villa in Le Tignet is both prestigious, stylish and atmospheric. It is designed for socialising, festive dinners and cosy moments, but also offers peace and quiet in beautiful surroundings. We were particularly pleased to be able to purchase this property for the association, as it has everything we are looking for in a home in the South of France.

Les Molliasses
Chamonix
When we bought the chalet in Les Molliases, many people found it difficult to imagine what a gem it could become. But we have done everything we could to realise the property's potential, and today it stands as a beautiful example of what happens when you combine stone, wood and raw, organic materials that capture the essence of Chamonix and the soul of the mountains. The choice of materials was inspired by the colours of the mountains themselves – and the result is a home where nature and architecture merge.
The property is situated on a lovely plot surrounded by other chalets, with breathtaking views of the mountains. The garden is inviting and offers space for both tranquillity and play, and behind the plot runs a small stream, adding to the idyllic atmosphere and closeness to nature.
Inside, the chalet offers many lovely rooms and plenty of space, making it easy to gather family and friends. The living areas are designed for socialising, togetherness and cosiness – a home where you naturally gather after the day's adventures.
Chamonix is one of the most iconic destinations in the Alps – a town filled with passionate people who live and breathe for the mountains. In winter, skiers and snowboarders seek out the challenges of the Mont Blanc massif. In summer, the town is taken over by hikers, trail runners, climbers and cyclists, who all share a love of nature and its forces. The town buzzes with life all year round with its cafés, restaurants, markets and international atmosphere, where you can feel a unique energy and a strong sense of community.
All in all, the chalet in Les Molliases is the epitome of a charming and authentic mountain retreat: a place that invites you to be present, socialise and enjoy experiences – with the mountains as your constant companion.

We have purchased a charming Tuscan gem in a magnificent location for the association – a classic stone property surrounded by a unique garden that is perfect for parties and socialising. As soon as you arrive through the beautiful gate, you sense that this is something special: an authentic country estate with plenty of soul, an inviting pool area and more bedrooms than originally promised.

The town of Cortona, close to the property, is one of the most sought-after towns in Tuscany. Known from the book and film ‘Under the Tuscan Sun’, Cortona is a lively medieval town with magnificent views of the Val di Chiana valley. The town offers charming streets, cosy piazzas, restaurants serving classic Tuscan cuisine and small shops filled with handicrafts, wine and delicacies.
