We have purchased a beautiful apartment for the association in a well-managed property just behind the sailing club in Port d'Andratx – one of Mallorca's most exclusive and authentic harbour towns. The apartment offers breathtaking views of the entire harbour, where fishing boats and pleasure craft share space with elegant yachts, and where the town's life unfolds in a charming mix of local and international. The property has a swimming pool and a classic appearance.

The apartment's location is nothing short of ideal: you are within walking distance of the restaurants along the waterfront, the small town beach, the sailing club and even a small grocery store known for baking the best croissants in the harbour. At the same time, it is only a few minutes' walk to the centre of Chamonix and a short distance to the ski bus, making the location ideal – both for those seeking tranquillity and for those who want easy access to city life and skiing.

The chalet has been completely renovated and is now a unique oasis. It is well located with breathtaking views of the Mont Blanc massif, and the materials have been carefully selected to emphasise the character of the mountains: raw wood, stone, leather, beautiful tiles and a rustic wooden kitchen that creates warmth and authenticity. An elegant concrete staircase draws the strength of the mountains right into the house and gives the architecture edge and character.
