This combination of properties is designed to embrace the whole spectrum of dreams and experiences.

In Mallorca, the villa opens up to the sea and sky, where you can gather family and friends for lively days or find peace in a quiet corner overlooking the Mediterranean. In Tuscany, life is lived slowly among vineyards and olive groves, where the villa's classic charm and location close to the city make it possible to both immerse yourself in the tranquillity of the countryside and take part in local life. In Chamonix, the magic of the mountains stands as an eternal backdrop, and in the chalet in Les Bois, you can feel how the power of nature and homely warmth merge. In Provence, the villa at Saint-Paul de Vence embraces the joie de vivre of southern France with flowering gardens, a pool and small terraces that invite you to enjoy long lunches and quiet evenings, while Paris offers the classic pied-à-terre, where the rhythm, culture and elegance of the city are right outside your door. And in New York, the pulse of the world's most iconic metropolis awaits, where your own apartment becomes part of the city's nerve and energy – with Central Park, Broadway and the Hudson River as your closest neighbours.

Together, these homes form a whole that goes far beyond holiday homes; they are the key to a lifestyle where you can choose between the freedom of the sea, the drama of the mountains, the tranquillity of the wine country or the energy of the big cities all year round. It is precisely this variety and balance that makes the combination unique – because it encompasses everything we dream of and makes it possible, time and time again, to step into the most beautiful settings for life.

Port d'Andratx

Mallorca

Perched on a cliff with breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea, this welcoming and spacious family villa is now the setting for relaxing days under the Mallorcan sun. There are six bedrooms, so there is plenty of room for both family and friends – while the villa's many nooks and terraces make it easy to find a quiet corner for yourself with a book or a cup of coffee.

The history of the property makes it even more special. We bought it directly from the couple who originally had the villa built. After many years in the area, they wanted to return to their home region, which gave us the opportunity to take the house into a new era. We completely renovated the property and had a pool built – something that in itself became a story worth telling. The pool is dramatically situated in front of the house on the cliff, overlooking the sea and sky. Getting it established required manual labour, as no machines could handle the task. Today, one of the tools that was worn down during the demanding work hangs in the hallway as a lasting reminder of the effort that made this dream a reality.

The result is a villa that feels light and inviting, with a natural balance between tradition and comfort. The outdoor areas invite long lunches in the shade, quiet evenings under the stars and lazy hours by the pool, where the azure blue of the Mediterranean stretches out to the horizon.

This is a property that can do it all – provide the setting for lively holidays with lots of people gathered together, or offer peace and space for reflection when you are seeking tranquillity. A rare gem in one of Mallorca's most sought-after areas, where history, craftsmanship and modern comfort come together in one home.

Hell's Kitchen

New York

Having your own flat in New York is something quite special – and in Hell's Kitchen, you quickly become part of the city and its life. Here, on the edge of Midtown and just a few minutes' walk from Central Park, we find our spacious and well-appointed flat with a magnificent living room and impressive windows offering views stretching from the classic New York facades with their iconic fire escapes all the way down to the Hudson River.

The Hell's Kitchen neighbourhood is worth a chapter in itself. Once known as a rough working-class neighbourhood where immigrants settled and life played out on the street corners, today the area has become a vibrant and attractive part of Manhattan – full of small theatres, cosy restaurants, jazz bars and still with an aura of authenticity and history. Just walking down the streets feels like stepping into a backdrop where the soul and spirit of New York are ever-present.

When the doorman opens the door for you and the concierge welcomes you – perhaps even with a package that has been delivered for you – the feeling is clear: you are not just visiting New York, you belong here. And when you step onto the property's roof terrace, you can enjoy the breathtaking views of the city skyline and the Hudson River, where you can almost imagine the scene from ‘Miracle on the Hudson’ when a pilot made an emergency landing on the river and saved the lives of everyone on board.

The apartment has been thoughtfully designed to function both for everyday living and for stays with friends or family. It is bright, inviting and spacious – a perfect base for experiencing the city without ever losing the feeling of being at home. Because that's where the difference lies: in a hotel, you're just a guest – but in Hell's Kitchen, with your own apartment, you're part of New York.

Casciana Terme Lari

Tuscany

Some properties have something truly special about them – and this villa in the heart of Tuscany is one such place. We fell in love with it immediately, and despite the fact that it required a thorough restoration, where every stone, every beamed ceiling and every tiled floor had to be carefully updated with respect for the classic style, we did it – while adding modern comforts and a beautiful, contemporary look. The result is a villa that feels both authentic and refined – and where you immediately sense that you have arrived at the right place.

The villa is uniquely located, as not many Tuscan country estates offer the opportunity to stroll into town and enjoy a cappuccino in the square in Casciana Terme. This is precisely what makes the location so special: the peaceful tranquillity, the beautiful open fields and the view that could adorn the cover of a book about Tuscany – combined with the proximity to the town's life, shops and restaurants.

The town of Casciana Terme is known far beyond the region's borders for its thermal springs, which have attracted visitors since the Middle Ages. According to legend, Countess Matilde of Canossa herself discovered the healing powers of the hot baths in the 12th century, and ever since, the natural pools have been a place where both locals and travellers seek well-being, relaxation and renewed energy. Having a villa within walking distance of this historic spa town is a luxury in itself – here you can literally bathe in the history of Tuscany.

Inside, you will find beautiful bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and plenty of space for both privacy and socialising. The materials are classic and local, but everything appears bright, inviting and modern – a perfect balance between tradition and the present. Outside, the villa's charm unfolds: a lush garden filled with herbs and fruit trees, cosy nooks for relaxation and, of course, the pool, which quickly becomes the family's gathering place. Here you can laze in the sun, take a refreshing swim or simply enjoy the view of the rolling Tuscan hills stretching into the horizon.

With its size, the villa is spacious without seeming overwhelming. It invites you to be together with many people, but at the same time provides space to retreat with a book, a glass of wine or simply the silence. And with Pisa, the charming nearby towns and good shopping opportunities within a short distance, the villa is an ideal base from which to experience Tuscany in its most authentic form.

In short, this is a property where location, aesthetics, history and functionality merge into a unique whole – a villa that both embraces and pampers, inviting many unforgettable stays in one of Italy's most beautiful areas.

Les Gaudenays

Chamonix

In the heart of the sought-after Les Bois area, right next to the golf course, lies this rustic and cosy chalet, where the stone and wood materials immediately give you the feeling that you have arrived in a genuine alpine home. Everything here exudes chalet charm, and both the kitchen and living room offer breathtaking views of Mont Blanc – a backdrop that makes even everyday moments something special.

The property has been renovated in connection with the purchase, and the result is a home that combines aesthetics with functionality. The new kitchen is equipped with a bar where you can sit and enjoy the view while the food is being prepared. The dining room has a long table that invites cosy dinners with family and friends, and the living rooms are decorated with warm materials and an inviting atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The bedrooms and bathrooms are well-appointed, bright and comfortable – everything has been thought through so that the chalet is both practical and dreamy at the same time.

The garden is an oasis in itself, with a lovely south-facing terrace that can be used all year round. In summer, it is the place for relaxed afternoons with views of the green slopes of the mountains, while in winter it is a magical setting for enjoying the sun's rays with the snow-capped peaks of Mont Blanc in the background.

Right next to the golf course and with the newly renovated lift in Le Praz a short distance away, everything is within easy reach. Le Praz is a charming little village with cosy streets, restaurants and an authentic atmosphere. Here you are close to both skiing and nature – and there are often anecdotes about how, over the years, the village has been a hidden paradise for those seeking the authentic Chamonix life away from the busiest streets. In short, the chalet in Les Bois is a home that has it all: it is a practical base for skiing and hiking adventures, a cosy setting for family dinners, and a place where the view and location remind you every day of how unique Chamonix is – summer and winter alike.

4. Arrondissement

Paris

When you step into this flat, you immediately sense that it has been restored to its rightful character. The previous owner had certainly left his mark – but unfortunately in a way that removed the Parisian soul. Through careful renovation, we have ensured that the home has been restored to a style that matches its fantastic location and classic surroundings.

Today, the flat is bright and inviting, with beautiful wooden floors, stunning windows with elegant French balconies and a refined interplay between the grey walls, white panelling and decorative details. The living room is spacious and designed to allow light to flow freely, while the open kitchen offers both functionality and charm. The bedrooms are simple, calm and well thought out – perfect for retreating to after a day in the city's bustling streets. Even the small details – from the marble fireplace to the modern lamps – have been chosen with an eye for combining classic Parisian aesthetics with modern comfort.

The location could hardly be better: right in the heart of the 4th arrondissement, on the edge of the Marais, with Rue de Rivoli just around the corner. Notre Dame is just a few steps away, and the Place de la Bastille with its cafés, markets and history is within walking distance. You'll be staying in a neighbourhood where the past and present merge – where Gothic towers and modern boutiques share space with local bakeries and small wine bars.

Having a pied-à-terre right here means you're not just visiting Paris – you're living Paris. You start the morning with a café crème at a sidewalk café, explore the narrow streets of the Marais, shop for fresh produce at the market, and return to your own apartment, where the tall windows open up to the atmosphere of the city. Rue de Rivoli, located right next to the apartment, is one of Paris' most iconic boulevards. Built under Napoleon I and known for its elegant arcades and classic buildings along the Seine, it is a street where generations of Parisians and visitors have strolled, shopped and felt the pulse of the city. Living here means being at the heart of history – and at the same time close to everything that makes Paris the ‘City of Light’.

Today, the apartment is a shining example of how location, charm and function can be combined. A base in Paris that invites both city life and quiet moments, giving you the feeling that the city belongs to you.
