Here lies one of the island's most sought-after gems – a classic Pedro Otzup building, created by the renowned architect who left his mark on Mallorca's coastline.

The building is located in the front row and bears all the characteristic features: organic materials, soft curved shapes and a harmonious integration into the landscape. It is precisely these details that make Otzup's works so distinctive and attractive – and some of our absolute favourites.

On a mountainside in the Alpes-Maritimes lies the small medieval town of Cabris, just 10 km from Grasse – the perfume capital – and about a 30-minute drive from the French Riviera and Cannes' famous beach promenade. Cabris is known for its narrow streets, historic stone houses, cosy restaurants and spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea. Here, southern French charm, tranquillity and proximity to the vibrant life along the Côte d'Azur come together.

It was here that we found a property that immediately made our hearts skip a beat. In many ways, it represents the epitome of what we are looking for in the South of France: classic materials, a well-balanced size – not too big and not too small – and architecture that exudes local authenticity.

Upon acquisition, the property was carefully renovated with respect for the original details and traditions. We have added a new pool, beautifully situated with an inviting pool area, where there is plenty of space for relaxation and socialising. From here, there is a fantastic panoramic view of both the city and the Mediterranean Sea, making every moment by the pool something special.

The property is a classic southern French gem, with bright rooms, charming details and a location that makes it truly special. It is both beautiful in itself and a home we are proud to have acquired for the association – a place where the dream of southern France is lived to the fullest.

In the rolling hills of western Tuscany lies the small medieval town of Riparbella, just a few kilometres from the Tuscan coast and with easy access to Pisa, Volterra and the famous wine regions further inland. The town is known for its peaceful atmosphere, vineyards, olive groves and rich culinary life – here you will find the true Tuscan soul, where time seems to pass a little more slowly.

The property we have purchased for the association is a classic Tuscan stone house, carefully restored with respect for history and local traditions. The result is a shining example of the inviting Tuscan virtues: a beautiful country kitchen with lots of atmosphere, vaulted ceilings and materials that are true to the place – such as the characteristic cotto tiles and dusty, warm colours.

The large windows let in light and open up to breathtaking views, where rolling hills stretch out towards the horizon and reveal a glimpse of the Mediterranean in the distance. The property has several terraces with ample space, perfect for long summer evenings under the Tuscan sky. The interior design has been chosen with care and aesthetic sensibility, where every piece of furniture and detail supports the feeling of being in Tuscany – authentic, beautiful and timeless.
