Here lies one of the island's most sought-after gems – a classic Pedro Otzup building, created by the renowned architect who left his mark on Mallorca's coastline.
The building is located in the front row and bears all the characteristic features: organic materials, soft curved shapes and a harmonious integration into the landscape. It is precisely these details that make Otzup's works so distinctive and attractive – and some of our absolute favourites.

On a mountainside in the Alpes-Maritimes lies the small medieval town of Cabris, just 10 km from Grasse – the perfume capital – and about a 30-minute drive from the French Riviera and Cannes' famous beach promenade. Cabris is known for its narrow streets, historic stone houses, cosy restaurants and spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea. Here, southern French charm, tranquillity and proximity to the vibrant life along the Côte d'Azur come together.
It was here that we found a property that immediately made our hearts skip a beat. In many ways, it represents the epitome of what we are looking for in the South of France: classic materials, a well-balanced size – not too big and not too small – and architecture that exudes local authenticity.
Upon acquisition, the property was carefully renovated with respect for the original details and traditions. We have added a new pool, beautifully situated with an inviting pool area, where there is plenty of space for relaxation and socialising. From here, there is a fantastic panoramic view of both the city and the Mediterranean Sea, making every moment by the pool something special.

The property we have purchased for the association is a classic Tuscan stone house, carefully restored with respect for history and local traditions.
