It was truly special for us when we founded this association. It was here that the first 21 families took the leap and showed us trust before we had proven that the 21-5 idea could work. Since then, the concept has developed significantly.

The homes in the association have provided the framework for countless experiences and shared memories over the years, and they remain in beautiful 21-5 condition, thanks to ongoing maintenance and updates. Two city apartments in Paris and New York offer the chance to feel the pulse of the big city, while three magnificent villas in Tuscany, Chamonix, and Southern Spain provide plenty of space for togetherness.

This is an association with a truly unique history and some very attractive properties.

"Taj Mahal" is an impressive villa located in Elviria, just a few kilometers from Marbella. The master bedroom occupies the entire top floor with its own private terrace offering stunning views. There are delightful living rooms and a spacious, beautiful kitchen/dining area. The basement features a game room with a pool table, among other amenities. You can walk to the 1st tee of the nearby golf course.

Spacious and delightful villa with the most beautiful view. Renovated from top to bottom by the previous owners, who were an architect and an engineer. We completed the villa, including the addition of a pool. Large plot with vines and fruit trees, cozy terraces, and beautiful materials.

The association's charming chalet is located on a small quiet side street with a lovely garden and a view up to Mont Blanc, just about 200 meters from the center of Chamonix. It's only 100 meters to the favorite local eatery, where they brew their own excellent beer.

Well-located apartment right by Columbus Circle and Central Park. The building features truly amazing common areas, including a fitness center, pool, and a rooftop terrace with views over all of Manhattan.

Cozy little pied-à-terre apartment in the Marais district, close to Place des Vosges. Beautifully decorated. It's hard to find a more Parisian atmosphere. Excellent restaurants can be found just down the street, along with a bakery.
