We have four types of 21-5 associations. The difference is the sizes of the homes (number of bedrooms) and the types (apartment, townhouse, villa).
Furniture, beds and all fixtures and fittings are of the same high quality in all 21-5 homes regardless of association type and the sizes of the holiday homes.
The associations with smaller homes have mostly apartments, and the associations with larger homes have villas.
2-3 bedrooms
Family
Family groups usually consist of four apartments and a villa with a private pool.
The homes usually have a minimum of 2-3 bedrooms, depending on the destination and theme. Apartments in Rome and Paris typically have one bedroom Family groups.
3-4 bedrooms
Large
Large groups consist of a mix of apartments and villas. The villas usually have a private pool.
The homes usually have a minimum of 3-4 bedrooms depending on the destination and theme. Apartments in Rome and Paris typically have two bedrooms in Large Groups.
4-5 bedrooms
Grande
Grande groups often consist of 5 villas with private pools, and the villas have a minimum of 4-5 bedrooms.
However, some Grande associations have a mix of villas and city apartments in New York, Rome and Paris, where the apartments typically have 2 bedrooms.
10-4 & Custom
Beyond
Our Beyond homes are most often larger than our Grande homes.
The homes are of even higher quality in terms of furnishings, fixtures, tiles, installations, etc., and there are far fewer compromises in terms of location - if there are any compromises at all.
