In Tuscany, there is a classic, beautiful country villa with terracotta floors, beamed ceilings and views of the Chianti hills – close to wine towns and local experiences. In Mallorca, you will stay in the front row to the sea with impressively beautiful and inviting sea views, good private outdoor areas and access to the beach and pool – all close to the life and golf course of Santa Ponça. In Austria, a cosy terraced house with a sauna, terraces and mountain views awaits you – just 500 metres from the ski lift and close to both cafés and hiking trails. In Tisvilde, a newer holiday home combines modern comfort with a classic holiday home atmosphere – with a fire pit, hammocks and walking distance to both the beach and Lejet. And in Blåvand, you will stay in an architect-designed gem with views of the sea and lighthouse, just 100 metres from the water and in the middle of the magnificent dune landscape.

Santa Ponça

Mallorca (before pictures)

This exclusive apartment is located in a charming community close to Santa Ponsa and offers phenomenal sea views, where the Mediterranean Sea shines in all shades of blue. From the large private outdoor areas, you can follow life on the sea – sailboats, fishermen and yachts – while the salty breeze and the sound of the waves provide the perfect backdrop.

The building was designed by renowned architect Pedro Otzup, who is known in Mallorca for his distinctive style featuring organic materials, soft shapes and beautiful details that always blend naturally into the island's landscape. The result is a home that feels both exclusive and authentic – a tribute to the Mallorcan architectural style.

The apartment is part of a well-functioning community with access to a communal pool and direct access to the beach. This makes everyday life easy and allows for both relaxation by the water and a quick dip in the crystal-clear sea. The apartment has been put into use before the conversion of the elements we want to work with, but a plan is being drawn up and the apartment's kitchen will be replaced, among other things.

Santa Ponsa is known for its wide sandy beach, cosy marina and a wealth of cafés, restaurants and shops. The town offers both liveliness and authenticity – here you can enjoy everything from Spanish tapas to international cuisine, shop in small boutiques or stroll along the promenade. The area is also a mecca for golfers with the famous Santa Ponsa Golf, one of the island's most prestigious courses, just a few minutes away.

The location is also ideal: in just half an hour's drive you can reach Palma, the island's vibrant capital, where culture, shopping and gastronomy await. At the same time, Santa Ponsa is close to several small bays and authentic villages that invite you to explore and discover.

All in all, this flat is a rare find, where architecture, location and surroundings come together in perfect harmony. A home that invites you to enjoy life in all its forms – whether by the pool, on the beach, in the city or simply on the terrace with the Mediterranean Sea as your eternal companion.
